I teach though different innovative and interesting methods so tht the students find the topic interesting.
Giving them extra work along with suggesting books so that they can grasp the topic very well.
Teaching in a friendly and comfortable manner manner helps me to bring close to the students so that they would not get away from the topic and find it very much interesting.
Becoming a teacher a guide and philosopher help them understand the concept easily and clearly.
Give them assignment to develope their skills and basics so that they could do better in all aspects.
Grading their performance and keeping a sharp look on their performance along with a regular discussion with the parents in terms of their goals and services so that they could do well in their respective fields and lives.
