If you find it interesting that I placed 5 years of teaching experience even if I'm just a fresh graduate, that's because I already teach (through tutor centers or on the spot to my peers) way back my college days. In teaching, I believe in the 70-20-10 learning model. The 10 represents 10%of conceptual learning. While learning the theory/concept is important, it's not everything. 20 represents 20% of social learning. This is where consultations occur or Q&A sessions. The largest, 70%, represents learning through experience. The student needs to experience solving problems through her own understanding of the topic. This is the largest because this is the application of the concept the student learned from the other 10 and 20 percents.
What makes me a great teacher I think is my passion and love for teaching as well as being able to explain things such that it is easy to digest. Hire me and let's learn together!
