I believe each and every person is unique and has skills that none other has. Just like a seed that needs to be watered with water, care and nourishment in order to grow. My profession is my passion. I have the ability to go at the level of the student because it is the children who need me to teach and understand them. I don't judge or degrade my students ever. I believe it is my duty to not only give bookish knowledge but to make them a good human being as well. The bookish knowledge or syllabus they might forget in future but the life lessons and motivation will stay with them for lifetime.
