I am a friendly as well as a strict teacher.
Before starting a new topic I will test the students to know their knowledge on the topic and I will give formulas related to the topic and make them to learn those formulae which is most important thing in learning mathematics, then I will explain the topic with examples till the students understand the concept and application of formulas to solve the problems. Once the concept is understood by the students then Homework will be given to make them practice.
Practice makes man perfect.
