My Teaching Philosophy:
"A teacher is one how makes himself progressively unnecessary"

I had my first teaching experience with preschool, helping them how to read and to write using a specific phonetic program. Then, I worked as a freelance home tutor while taking up my Master's Degree in Special Education. Later on, I was given an opportunity to handle early intervention class for special needs students during my practice teaching. After which, I became a part-time tutor for one academic year in a SPED school while finishing my experimental research. I also explored online education. I taught English to Korean adults via internet for their IELTS preparation. In addition, I have taught in Kindergarten in Indonesia from 2010-2018. I have been assigned in Kinder 2, Pre Nursery, and Toddler classes.

Currently, I am teaching children (ages 3-5) online. I teach them how to read, to write and to help increase their English vocabulary. Those kids I have taught during the pandemic, in the last two years, are now readers and they certainly developed a love for reading. Parents recognize that I have created constructive changes in my students' academic performance.

    I introduce English Phonics to children (as early as 3y/o).
    Once they have mastered the sounds of the Alphabet, I teach them how to read phonetically.
    As soon as they can read, comprehension is taught simultaneously.
    Basic spelling and simple grammar is integrated.
    Simple English conversation is utilized to reinforce the language.
