My name is victor otachi, a teacher by profession. my desire is to interact with learners one on one and just get to know their feelings towards learning and their social life. cognitively, learners must be motivated to learn to yield good results. I prefer using a learner-centered approach as a teaching methodology as I play the position of a guide and supervisor. i prefer referring to the psychological and cognitive nature of a child to give me a bearing of how the learner may love to be done.
