I had excellent communication skills in English gained through my experience of teaching for 8 years in University and College in Ethiopia. Besides my teaching experience, I had the following leadership experience.
-I was a Team Leader of Industry linkage and Technology Transfer for University, College of Natural and Computational Science, Ambo university. I am was responsible for Directing, Coaching and Initiating Ambo University staff to participate in as well as Community
-Chairman of the Research Committee at the Mathematics department, Ambo University for two years.
