The teacher should not teach according to the style he follows in his life. He/She should be versatile enough to change according to the student. Every student differ from one another. It's the duty of teacher to change according to the student. It's not the final result which i thrive for,It's the overall development of student i wish. I think a teacher should not boast of himself. Better work and show the result. Improvise and improve that's my motto. And i don't roast students. I smile at them and smile for them. I never stick only to my subject.
There are knowledge students can get from outside the school since in the school they just go through the text and read out loud. That's not colorful life,that's just life inside the well. I like to break free from the conventional way of teaching. But still people prefer the conventional way and so i am compelled to go in that path.

    Assistant professor in mechanical Engineering Department for One year. After that i was working as a design engineer in a BIW firm in Bangalore for two years.

    ₹100–300/day (US$1.16–3.47/day)

    The price may vary with the distance i have to cover. If the student can come to me the fees will be less. The fees is negotiable.
