Every time I practice I get to know a little more of my self, that is what Yoga to me is.
It's so simple, but the level of learning I have acquired through these years of practice is the abundance, using this learning I have been blessed to serve happiness and peace to my students, through yoga practice.
On considering your limitation and potential, I am an expert in creating yoga asana flow, Developing melodious breathing rhythm, and mindful meditation.
I was awarded the prestigious YogaKalaimamani Award by the government of India for the service in the field of yoga.
I love to teach curious, committed and hardworking students, I also believe anyone can practice yoga, the rich, the poor, the healthy, the ill, the fat, the fit... all can practice yoga, but not lazy people.

    For the love of practicing yoga and sharing my findings I wanted to create something and as a result I founded YogaVanam, and this is what we believe: YogaVanam is a name that we felt most resonated with the beauty of our existence. We wanted a name that expressed the abundance of Nature (Vanam a Tamil word for forest) because when we think of our studio, we think of the people and relationships fruitfully enjoying yoga as it is untamed.

    We work to spread the light of yoga since 2012. Our practitioners are well experienced specialized yoga trainers.

Fee details

    The one hour practice envelopes 40-15 min of asana flow practice, 10-15 min of pranayama practice, and 10-15 min of meditation practice. Every class starts with basic stretches, warm up with vinyasa flow, Asana flow, relaxation or finishing asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
