I am a motivator I believe in motivating my children. When we connect the subject to real life children understands it better. If they like you they will love your subject. I like to cater individual need and modify my lessons as per the child's need. With my 8 years of teaching experience my children have always loved my lessons. They have made progress. In the class there are different categories of children, we as a teacher should not focus of finishing the curriculum we should focus on the understanding and progress of each child. As their future is in our hands.
