Child centered method is my teaching style. let the learner participate in the learning process. am a guider,i give leads as learning goes on. am a faciltator as learning is from known to unknown. i maintain a good relationship with the learner as it is known that a student will not learn with a stranger. results always depends on the teaching style. in Kiswahili we say mwalimu bora hufunza na matokeo yenyewe hujitokeza. bora nwalimu hufunza bila kujali matokeo. i believe in myself and I know mimi ni mwalimu bora.
