I have over 12 years of IT Networking experience where the major part is as Faculty in IT Networking. I am CCNA R&S & CCNP R&S Certified. I am also a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI) from Cisco Networking Academy. I have more than Intermediate knowledge in MCSE 2019. I am also IT Essentials Certified from Cisco Networking Academy. I am a well organized and meticulous person and I like things to be done in an orderly fashion. My educational qualifications are BCA (IT) from IGNOU, India, MSc IT from University of Brighton, UK and MBA (IT) from University of Wales UK. I have very good interpersonal communication skills and can explain complex matter in simple understandable english. I teach students using Packet Tracer and GNS3 simulation software.

    Worked as Lecturer in IT Networking at Shinas College of Technology, Shinas, Oman. I am teaching Omani students with special emphasis on CCNA Routing and Switching and also CCNA Voice. I also assist students in conducting their IT Networking Projects. I have done different Bachelors Networking Projects which implements Windows Server 2012 DHCP, DNS, IIS, SNMP, Group Policy with 2811 & 2900 routers and also configured CUCM 8.6.2 server for Inter Voice and Data VLAN communication.     Worked as “First Line Technical Support” at SITEL, Business Process Outsourcer for BT (British Telecom) Internet. Role involved answering telephones from clients experiencing difficulties in setting up and/or using their internet. It involved troubleshooting customer’s problems and answering any other general enquiries. Had to troubleshoot the settings of the Internet connection (Browser), setup Wireless Broadband. Also had to log each call accurately using the in-house database to ensure that quality standards are met. This job helped me gain good knowledge of ADSL broadband and expertise in configuring Outlook and Outlook Express. I gained good knowledge of all aspects of ADSL Broadband. It developed my abilities as a Network Engineer, Computer Hardware Engineer and team player, and helped me to acquire a friendly helpful telephone manner essential for any customer service/sales job. It also required an excellent level of customer care and service on every call.
