• Prepare L1, L2, and L3 schedule for engineering project.
• Prepare project base line schedule detail plan in MS Project
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports of different project.
• Prepare micro construction schedule integrating by work brake down structure of projects.
• Develop implement plan versus actual progress chart (s curve). Reports and analyses deviation from plan.
• Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the area of concern which required action of the associate task member.
• Consultant of contactors and complete the work in with in time.
• Responsible for the development of excellent lines of communication between the project and support teams to ensure that equipment and personnel are mobilized and demobilized on time and also documents also deliver in proper time.
• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as product engineering documents, erection status and construction of all discipline.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Detail planning and execution of projects.
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation and presentations.
• Preparing Minutes of meeting. And presentation during internal meeting and client meeting.
• Having knowledge of time sheet management and generate reports and prepare pivot table.
• Review of construction schedule, drawings and progress billing.
• Motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Managing the supervision work of the project with existing resources.
• Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequence in terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction discipline.
