Namaskaram I'm here to share what I've been learning to fellow friends who have the thirst to learn the divine arts- bharatham, veenai, Tamil-Sanskrit slogams with full explanation along with the great Hindu traditional values. I firmly believe that divine arts help one to connect with God easily and effectively.
This holistic learning will help cleanse the mind, body and soul which will help us to live our lives richer, healthier and complete.
Chanting slogams is for the mind as they help us to channelise our energy and is proved to help our mental health.
Bharatham is for the body. It helps us increase our strength and stamina. Along with fitness, it also inculcates discipline and improves concentration in the learner.
Veenai for the soul. It is a form of Nada Yoga which is said to be the easiest way to attain salvation.
These art forms have been an integral part of tapas since the ancient times in Hinduism, which is a way of life with nature. When we do our deeds with proper understanding, it will yield positive results. This forum is curated as a small step towards that understanding alongside learning.
Thank you!
