I am a professional vocal teacher trained in classical Hindustani music (Sangeet Visharad).

I have been training in Hindustani sangeet-vocal and harmonium since the age of 8 years. Music has been my passion and teaching has always given me deep satisfaction.

My teaching methodology is to combine classical music with light music and thus developing students’ interest and clearing their basics from the beginning. I have been using different techniques that make understanding and remembering better as well as interesting for my students of all age.

I also have a special introductory course lasting for 12 classes designed for students who want to be introduced to the musical world with brief lessons on all aspects of music and decide for themselves if it is something of their interest.

I prefer teaching online and at my place focusing on each individual student personally. I have been conducting different types of courses in addition to Sangeet Visharad for students depending on their requirements, age group, and proficiency level. I also provide a free demo session for students interested in learning online.

    This is a 3 level course for anyone who wants to learn Hindustani Sangeet from core.
    After completing this course, students will have understanding of all basic concepts of music, will be able to sing basic ragas, songs, shlokas and other genre with rhythm independently.
    The basic structure of the course remains same but each session will be personalized as per the students need and growth.
    The price for the course is divided per session of 45-50 min.

    This is a 3 level course for students who want to work on improvement of their voice quality and singing.
    It includes basic knowledge of shruti/pitch, swaras, different breathing techniques and exercises, learning to sing with beats and other advanced concepts of vocal music. Course will also include learning of few different genre of songs ranging from light classical to folk music .

    The price for the course is divided per session of 45-50 min.
