As a Maths teacher I focus not only on the content being taught but also on students.I have a caring attitude towards my students and I am always ready to help and support them. The problems can be emotional distress, learning difficulties or illness.I am able to recognize when a student is having a bad day or needs encouragement.I try to engage the students and allow room for successive discussions.I come up with flexible learning that identify with the students source of motivation.I act as a facilitator,allowing the students to offer suggestions and solve problems differently.
