Myself manisha Shah I have experience of CBSE school as TGT Hindi of 8:years,I done my B.ed and Masters in Hindi from IGNOU. I love to teach students with my innovative techniques,with different activities specially in Grammar section.i always try to make topic easy to understand,use mindmaps to explain grammar topics and even for chapters in 10th to notedown important points.i took weekly tests and even surprise test too to get to know students understanding.I use too give different activities to improve writing and speaking skills of the students which is most important in today's world.if the students loses interest i can boost him or her with some motivational or appreciation words and give some activities to increase the interest in subject.
