Teaching is not just about giving lectures or sharing notes. Rather than this, You've to be sure whether your teaching is working for your students or not. I've quite a good experience of teaching as well as getting taught. During my learning experience, I had found that there was a lack of flexibility between the teacher and students. The way I teach is full of flexibility. My flexibility means, if student doesn't want to study today, that's OK! If student wants to study more than normal, that's OK too. If there is no flexibility between knowledge giver and knowledge taker, then the knowledge is not rightly conveyed, but wrongly assumed. I try to make sure that the student listens to me, not just physically but mentally and that is done by encouraging students to ask question. The important attribute which I have is: 'I don't have all the knowledge'. So, I may disappoint you at times, but I'll decipher that knowledge to you later on.
