Always give seminars and assignment.often conduct testpaper to know the academic progress.create a friendly relationship with students so it help the students to clear their doubts without any fear. also use games to get more interaction.give more attention to problem papers like accontancy,statistics,uantitative techniques etc. Take feed back to know my drawbacks , progress,, and also to know what factor make me a good teacher.it help to improve my self..often gets good results from students.
