I am Swati Jakhmola, a passionate practitioner and educator of Bharatanatyam and Odissi, with a dedication to preserving and spreading the beauty of classical dance. With a Graduate Diploma from the prestigious Kalakshetra Foundation, Chennai, and a BA and MA in Dance from Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University, Gwalior, my journey in classical dance has been both enriching and transformative.

With extensive experience performing on various prestigious platforms in India and abroad, I am committed to sharing my knowledge and love for these art forms with students of all ages. I firmly believe that with dedication and hard work, anyone can become a great dancer. Understanding, Patient, Talented, Graceful

I am so glad I found such a great teacher to restart my dancing journey after a hiatus. Having learnt from numerous teachers in the past 2 decades, I can definitely say Swati akka is one of the best - she is supportive, patient & shares all the tips and tricks to make my dance look more elegant. She helps me see the beauty in dance and more generally in life. I leave every class feeling good. 100% recommend her! My only regret is that I hadn't found her earlier!

Professional Supportive Passionate

Swati is not just a great teacher, but also a friend.. I have been going through this touch preparation mode, where Bharatanatyam through her classes acts as stress buster for me.. she not just teaches dance, but also how to dance gracefully.. she is a very dedicated and supportive teacher.. Swati is an excellent tutor, professional, pleasant to talk to. She's a great dancer and tutor for a beginner like me.
