I pay full attention to each student and give assignments or task to perform individually at home for practice !
I teach on my feasible time but when I give the time I make sure I give 100% attention.
My methodology is simple as I just want attention of the student while taking class, because if you take the class without paying full concentration, It would not be fruitful like it's just a waste of time so It's a two way process like if both parties pay attention ... It will create a better results.
