As an engineer, private tutor, student leader and consultant, I encountered different types of people and how to deal with them. Teaching is one of my passions before engineering found me. Putting myself in the shoes of my students is one of my secrets to make my students propelled and ready for their upcoming lessons and exams ending in best results. Given the knowledge as a tutor, patience is also a vital key to unlocking the greatest potential of my students. Combining all these fueled me to easily prepare materials such as modules or handouts and be inspired to make them really learn from me that will fill the gaps of their learning needs. Moreover, having a good sense of humor is also my way to make them comfortable to ask questions about the lessons and pave a way for them to go out of their comfort zone. Although the tutorial sessions will end in a couple of days or weeks and leaving them is a sad moment, making them really learn is the best reward I can give to myself and I will never get tired of it.
