Hi there! Here is Teacher Myrna who earned units for STEM courses at Ottawa University, USA, and a graduate of Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Teaching in Miriam College, Q.C. She taught science/math in Arizona, USA for 7 years. She holds the Arizona Teaching Certification with approved areas: General Science, Physical Science, and Mathematics. She used to teach high school science in Manila for 12 years before moving to the USA.
There, she attends different training and conferences. Attends various webinars and online professional development to enhance knowledge in teaching strategies and methodologies online and in person. She is a member of several professional learning networks. She can teach different levels of science specifically Physics and Math subjects such as Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, PreCalculus, and Trigonometry.
Currently, she teaches science, math, and general education subjects to senior high school and higher education students in ICM. She also teaches higher education at WCC in science and math areas.
She will be available to teach online and internationally via a licensed Zoom account, Google Meet, or Teams. She utilizes digital tools in tutoring sessions. Due to the time difference, she can easily fit and adjust her tutoring schedule with the students in Asian Countries. Currently, she tutors students from different international schools as her part-time teaching profession.
Update: She tutors online to middle school students in California, USA. She can adjust her schedule to accommodate students for tutoring sessions.
