Hello, I am a teacher and I am well versed with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify individual needs of the learner and adjust my pedagogy to cater for the need of the child. I am also conversant with different teaching approaches such as the Montessori and Piagetian approach, just to mention a few learner centered approaches.
As an Early Childhood educator and I aware of how the early years of a child are essential in laying a good foundation for further learning.I am aware of how all the different areas of development such as cognitive, physical, social ad emotional development should be considered in order to bring holistic growth and development.
I am articulate, open-minded and passionate about providing a good learning environment and achieving positive learning experiences.
