ABDUL BASIT SHAIKHMathematics and accounting teacher

From my research, I believe a teacher requires a diverse array of skills these include - teaching aptitude, conceptual dexterity, communication skills and knowledge on various grounds. My passion to teach started in 1999, since then I have taught Mathematics, Accounting and Statistics to Cambridge O-A levels and university level students. I received "The best teacher award" for five years consecutively. Presently I am working in Saudia Arabia for the past 7 years in the capacity of a mathematics coordinator and a teacher for grades 10 and 11. Taught online students from Pakistan, Dubai, Norway and Saudia Arabia. Largely, I have always helped, supported and guided the most challenging students of every institution I worked with. Calculus for grade 12 has also been added to my profile since 2019. In other words, I believe that confidence is the foremost trait a teacher should possess, dedication and knowledge follows it. My definition as a teacher is "I simply try to make things easier for others"
