I am a disciple of Guru Jayanta Sarkar (disciple of Pt. Ajay Chakrabarty), for the last sixteen years. I got trained in Hindustani Classical Vocal and Voice Training for which my Guru is especially known for. I am a National Scholarship recipient from CCRT (Government of India). Now, I am training junior students in Hindustani Classical Vocal and Voice Training with various Ragaas, Swarmalikas and Paltaas. I follow the same style as my Guru taught us by which it is easier for beginners to adapt fast. I also teach Light Classical songs relevant to the Ragaas I teach.
