I am passionate about teaching and I know how to motivate the students and how to inspire the students. I always interact with the students while class is going on and I make them to participate in the class. I take the feed back from the students by asking the questions from which what I have taught in the present class. It’s necessary to know whether every student is understood or not. In my view a good teacher should know every student’s performance and how to improve their performance. Different students have different problems, some may not be showing interest to listen and some have fear in the subject some are mischievous keep disturbing the other students etc. These type of students mind set should change otherwise we cannot teach and control the class. I have been facing these types of problems for the past 30 years. Teachers must have lot of patience to mould them and understand their mentality. Firstly we have to create interest in the subject by teaching right from basic levels and make every student to answer by raising the questions by which every student will show interest to listen. Teacher is responsible for understanding every student in the class other wise they will go to other teacher, if other teacher also does the same where it has to end.
