My self Renjith mk having more than 5 years of teaching experience with ICSE background of schooling having Bachelors degree(B.com) in commerce and Masters in Management (MBA) with dual specilisation in Finance and Marketing.

Methodology by starting with a discussion on the subjects by asking related questions to know whats their idea on the specific portion.

They will be asked to express their thoughts if it is correct or wrong.

This will make them fully involved with less boring hours as an usual style of lecturing from one side.

Thus within class hours itself they could understand the topic and also clear their doubts freely.
