I care a lot about my students. I see each one of them as unique and precious individuals full of capabilities and talents which only need to be discovered. I set high standards and goals and I push and help my students to achieve them. I am in constant search for new teaching methodologies to apply and assess the ones that work well with my students. I consider psychological factors while teaching and I encourage my students to do a lot of tasks which can build confidence and trust in themselves. I also provide useful tools and resources so that they can use their time more wisely, teaching them studying and organizational skills.
