In general my approach is to train the students to think rationally and not depend on rote memorization. I teach with compassion. Try to clear the concepts of the students. students will never be bored and they will learn. Students are kids so I handle them gently. I never get angry hence they can ask me a question more than thousand times. I let them practice themselves. I will give them hints repeatedly but at last they have to solve the problem. In my opinion it will help them to think and they will gain confidence. I teach them with a lot of patience. This procedure will help them to earn good conception as well as good marks. All of my board students have scored more than 90%. My B.sc math students also have scored good marks in their semester. I teach in online mode also. My main goal is to raise the mathematics base of the students so that they can excel in any competitive examinations. I am very regular in teaching, if I miss any class I always compensate for that. I teach science subjects also in school level. My students have excelled in school in the science subjects also.
