Give more importance to concept learning and help them in its practical application.methodology of the teaching will be two way communication like discussion debate,etc and help to improve their cognitive knowdlege rather than rote learning.i tried to first understand the students and teach them according to their requirements. At the end of the session students should deliver the output by giving the brief about the class and clarify their doubts .
I took the feedback of the students and try to understand the methodology required by the students and keep on changing the methodology of teaching.
