Motivated, passionate English, Mathematics, Science and Sinhala teacher with expertise creating engaging lesson plans to suit diverse students. Excellent communication and organization skills and several digital learning methodologies. Responsible for managing a class of 10 students.

I use three teaching styles—Directing, Discussing, and Delegating. I generally structure my classes to include using some amount of each style. However, during the first part of the semester, I primarily use the directing style. In the middle part of a semester, I more frequently use a discussing style.
Time management skills, leadership skills, having a strong work ethic, problem solving abilities, high emotional intelligence, and possessing the knowledge and adaptability needed to employ a variety of teaching modes and methods makes me a great teacher.
