I elaborate concepts and then encourage students to solve questions on them.
Once in 10 days I ask students to revise everything thaught till date. My students are studying in various IITs and many have secured 95+ percentile this year.
I try to make each and every concept simple by connecting them with real life things.
I encourage students to ask doubt and think how questions are to be attempted.
After completion of every chapter I take a quick test and ask students to solve previous year question papers of the concerned exams.
