Hi! I'm Teacher Janelle but you can call me Teacher Jan for short. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and has a Certificate for Professional Teaching. I have 11 years of work experience both in Education and BPO Industries. I've been teaching English as Second Language for 4 years now to different nationalities such as Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Polish, and even Spanish students. I can teach from all levels and ages. I always do my best whenever I teach because it's my passion. I can adjust easily depending on the students' level and can make the class fun or serious. At the same time, I make sure that my wisdom and knowledge is also improving because I firmly believe that for me to be an effective teacher, I must be knowledgeable enough about the subject and lessons I'm teaching.     I teach English as Second Language to Polish students from ages 6 to 70+. It's more on helping the students with their speaking, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
  • Technical Support Associate (Dec, 2021–Aug, 2022) at Tech Mahindra, Cebu City
    I receive and make calls to help the customers troubleshoot their internet, phone, and cable connections. If the issue occurs outside and inside the customer's premise and I'm not able to fix their connection, I set schedules with engineers who will fix it for them. Troubleshooting is what I mainly do, but sometimes I also help customers with their billing issues especially if it's about a dispute for the Engineer's charge.

Fee details

    ₱300–500/hour (US$5.15–8.58/hour)

    300/hour if the student will schedule lessons for 6months and up and 500/hour if the student will only schedule a 1- or 2-months lesson.
