Choosing me would provide the students with an enthusiastic Tutor who has a passion for teaching along side the wealth of 29 years of teaching experience. I use student friendly techniques and methodology such as Pop- Notes instantly prepared during the ongoing lesson through the interactive contribution of the student and myself.
The use of inspiring Power points, Videos, Mind-Maps and Audios make my Lessons particularly enjoyable and inspirational. All different modes of learning are regularly upgraded and prepared to provide thorough satisfaction of the student and to fulfil every requirement of the concerned Syllabus.
Student work is shared on Google Doc and the Mail, corrected regularly and returned. The student is given chance to rewrite and improve upon the tasks, followed by corrections.
Past Papers are discussed thoroughly; the students answer the Papers after detailed discussions; the work is corrected and further suggestions given for improvement.
I am an easily accessible Tutor, one who believes in generating in the students a true passion for the subject. The prime objective is true inspiration for learning.

    In the capacity of Senior Teacher for English Language and Literature, I rendered my teaching skills to Senior Students preparing for the Board Exams following GCE, GCSE and IB Syllabus. Holding a wealth of fifteen years of teaching experience, I aim to provide enjoyable and interactive learning in the areas of Language Enhancement and the Understanding of Literary Texts in different genres by different writers. Abundant use of Interactive White Board in the Classrooms, Power point Presentations and Slideshows, in addition to recourse to the use of varied media, has been my forte. I also hold a longstanding experience in preparing students for TOEFL, SAT and IELTS. Skilled at training students for Dramatics, Inter-School Debates and Poetry Writing Competitions, I specialise in offering my expertise to improve the writing as well as the oral skills. Above all, my prime aim is to encourage the students to feel passionate about the subjects and to rekindle in them the genuine desire to learn.

    I worked for 15 years, formally and for 14 years as self-employed- teaching the Edexcel GCSE Syllabus at the O Levels as well as the GCE. Obtaining excellent results achieved through a proficient follow up of the Coursework and Projects, I enjoyed a wonderful and easy accessibility with all my students. In the initial years of my teaching career, there being not much usage of the software in the classroom teaching at that time, the solely direct interaction between the Teacher and the students, cultivated a special rapport. In addition to imparting justice to all the essentials of the Language counterparts of the syllabus, equal justice was meted out in the field of Literature with relation to all different genres and forms of writing.

    I have worked in Saint Mary's Catholic High School Dubai, and Dubai Gems Private School. I have taught GCSE English Literature and Language, and my average A*/A grade proportion of students has been 70% of the class. Although the schools are not based in UK, we follow the Edexcel board and have adopted the same teaching methods.

    Alongside the changing trends in Teaching, I acquired all the skills to provide VAK learning, comprising all forms of interactive teaching for a comprehensive acquisition of knowledge by the students, in addition to developing genuine interest in the subjects.

    Online teaching is an excellent means of interactive learning at a minimal cost and expenditure of time, energy and money. Personalised Notes, Powerpoint Presentations, Videos, Mind-Maps and 'Formulas' especially created for Language and Literature Analysis are my forte.

A really great teacher!

She is a really good teacher as she explains the different ideas well. I mostly liked how she managed to increase my confidence in my writings as well as how she helps me frame my answers!
