Sourav Paul GMAT Quant Faculty | 6 Years | ISB | IITM
1 Review

I train GMAT test-takers in Quant and Integrated Reasoning. I have completed my MBA from ISB and B.Tech/ M.Tech from IIT Madras. I have scored a 720 in GMAT. I have been helping students with their GMAT preparations for over 6 years now.

In my programs, I take students from the basics to the advanced level in GMAT Quant and IR. The methodology aims to break down the questions into familiar situations and focuses on the techniques and approaches applicable to those situations. By the end of the program, students get confident to take on any GMAT questions in a structured manner, thereby increasing both efficiency (speed) and accuracy.

Cant Put Really Put a Price Tag on Sourav

Hello,
I have been a very average student throughout my academics, and my last GMAT Quants score was 45. I thought to reattempt GMAT and was preparing for GMAT for like past 5 months and have exhausted various subscriptions like Ivy GMAT, Crack Verbal, and Magoosh. After months of preparation, I was not able to direct my scores towards V49 - 50 levels.

The bigger worry was my incorrect answers to mid-range questions, which clearly showed a lack of concept. That's when I voluntarily started looking for a personal trainer. Unfortunately, the sad reality was private tutors charge a bomb in India, and that too they have a designated number of hours and to stretch the topic, which usually happens when you are stuck on a concept. You have to pay extra.
Won't name here, I got in contact with one such private tutor. And to my agony, I ended up wasting 10000 bucks for 4 lectures and the concept remained half covered.

When I came in contact with Sourav, The first thing that attracted me was his soft-spoken nature and his conviction. The bigger thing he charges less than half what the other private tutor charges and there is no capping on hours of the session. He won't mind doing two or three sessions at no extra cost. because he is keen on you getting the concept.

Also, Souravs way is not to teach you the concept and exhaust your hours. He simply wants you to understand and apply concepts. He has a solid question bank, each of which is backed by a solid R&D to cover almost any question type that you will see on a GMAT examination and he won't use many formulas around a topic to reach an answer. And at the end of the day, you come out as a more confident person.

I will highly recommend Sourav for those who are targetting a Q50 or a Q51. What he charges for private sessions is less than what many institute charges for a group session.

Thank you, Sourav. !
