I am looking for an English Teacher for my 22-year old sister. She is half Japanese, half Filipino. She's been living here in the Philippines for 1 year and knows a little English already. I am looking for a tutor to guide her through becoming more proficient in English and hopefully prepare her for ESL certifications like IELTS or TOEFL, in preparation to enrolling to a university. Preferably, who can speak Japanese as well, to explain her the lessons much better.
