Responsibilities:
Deliver live yoga sessions tailored to individual and group needs, focusing on physical fitness, flexibility, and mental relaxation.
Design and execute lesson plans covering yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.
Teach a variety of yoga styles, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, or specialised forms like prenatal yoga.
Adapt sessions to accommodate students of all experience levels, providing modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners.
Ensure a safe learning environment by demonstrating proper alignment and techniques.
Share insights into yoga philosophy, lifestyle, and holistic health when appropriate.
Use online teaching tools to create an engaging virtual classroom experience.

Requirements:
Certification from a recognized yoga training organization (e.g., Yoga Alliance, Sivananda, etc.).
Proficiency in multiple yoga styles and ability to cater to diverse audiences.
Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology to ensure student safety during sessions.
Familiarity with online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype.
Reliable internet connection, a well-lit and quiet teaching space, and a professional camera setup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in specialized areas like yoga therapy, prenatal yoga, corporate yoga, or weight loss programs.
