Position: Telecaller

Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Telecallers to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential leads, existing students, and clients to provide information about our courses, services, and opportunities, ensuring a seamless communication experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is preferred (1 year or more).

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Tamil

Ability to handle and resolve queries effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Basic computer knowledge for updating call records.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients to provide information about our training programs and placement services.

Follow up with leads and students to maintain consistent communication.

Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the database.

Address queries regarding courses, trainers, and placements in a polite and professional manner.

Work towards achieving individual and team call targets.

Assist in scheduling appointments or follow-ups for counseling or placement opportunities.
