I will be in India from January 2025 with my family, settled for the next 3-5 years in Mysore. My two oldest children (boys 13 & 10 years old) will need a daily support for homework, getting s sufficient level for the school. They plan to go to the international boarding school in Mysore.
As background: we are coming from Germany, we have no idea how the school system in India is, what the expectations of the teachers are?
The kids have been in a German school system till now, their mother tongues are German, Italian and French.
They have a basic understanding in English.

I plan to have one teacher per child.

I am planning to have the tuition at my home (home not yet fixed), it will be near the school DPIS (north of Mysore).
If we have to travel to a place, it can be possible ( tbd).
For the frequency, I am thinking about everyday (2hours) for supporting by the homework, driving the children, talking to them in English and preparing them for tests.

The children have to feel supported and improve their confidence in the different school fields.

It is a challenge for the child, as well as for the teacher!

I am planning to pay ********* roupies monthly per child.
