I have a role running Azure Devops as a QA but from administrator view.

So I need to be able to
upload from Excel into boards
Create projects
Create dashboards
Queries (simple and complex)
Creating and managing the backlogs
Configuration and maintenance – widgets, tiles etc
Defect life cycle
