Full-Time Mentors
Experience: 4+ years of experience in the relevant domain, with a strong portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive and engaging course content, tailored to different levels of learners.
Mentor students through practical projects, real-world applications, and case studies.
Provide 1-on-1 guidance and personalized feedback to help students succeed in their learning journey.
Continuously collaborate with academic teams and industry experts to improve course offerings and ensure content remains up-to-date.
Develop hands-on labs, coding challenges, and capstone projects for students.
Facilitate live sessions, workshops, and Q&A discussions to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Take ownership of course outcomes by tracking and reporting student performance, providing additional support where necessary.
Contribute to the recruitment and mentoring of new instructors or interns.
Organize and host guest lectures or collaborate with industry professionals to provide students with deeper insights into the domain.
