We are currently filming a new movie and we are working with an actor who is interested in learning the fundamentals of bookkeeping in order to manage their personal and professional finances more effectively. Given the nature of their work, which involves varied income streams such as project-based pay and royalties, it is essential that they gain a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices to be able to play the role perfectly.

We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper like yourself to provide one-on-one, remote training. The sessions would focus on the specific needs of an actor, including:

-Setting up an efficient accounting system
-Tracking income and expenses
-Understanding taxes, deductions, and credits specific to actors
-Managing invoices, payments, and financial records
-Organizing and preparing for tax season

The training would ideally take place via video calls or another preferred remote platform, allowing flexibility with scheduling and ensuring that learning can happen from a distance. We are looking at a 3 days intense remote class that will be done through Google Meet or Zoom.
