In this project, I used Microsoft Project to divide the different activities and define the critical action which must be performed on a scheduled basis otherwise project gets delayed. I set various milestones of the project and subdivide the task and made their work breakdown structure also the preto chart using MS project. I also assign different resources and define the predecessor of various activities.
