I wrote this book to guide healthy living in both mind and body. I believe the body reflects our minds just as what we put into our bodies affects our minds. Thus through my interest in Nutrition, Mental health & Self-care, this book was written to help you start your journey to a healthy body and mind. After all, the little things we do count in the long run. I try to get into a fruit first thing in the morning right after a glass of water every day, and it has made such a massive difference in my life that I can't imagine why I didn't do this sooner.
