Please find below the details of my approach to teaching and learning process being practiced.

First of all I do an assessment of the learner's previous knowledge to get to know his or her challenge areas .

Once assessment in the form of a diagnostic test is done, a highly customized lesson module...

I keep things fun simple and interesting. I don't put too much pressure and I am neither too strict nor very lenient. Different students process things differently and I always make sure my students feel loved and understood. There is already a lot of pressure on kids these days, it is important to understand this.
