First of all I do an assessment of the learner's previous knowledge to get to know his or her challenge areas .

Once assessment in the form of a diagnostic test is done, a highly customized lesson module...

I provide both online and offline coaching
My own IELTS score is 8.5..ovearall.
I'm currently teaching around 1000 students, most of them are online.
My sessions are interactive and require student participation, however that usually comes naturally to the students as they get comfortable with my style of teaching.
Personal one on one classes...

I keep things fun simple and interesting. I don't put too much pressure and I am neither too strict nor very lenient. Different students process things differently and I always make sure my students feel loved and understood. There is already a lot of pressure on kids these days, it is important to understand this.
