I am a teacher who prioritize two way communication so that student will understand each and every concept clearly. no need to byheart everything. My methodology of teaching is first clear the concept.. Then do the exercise questions.. Give them some homework.. Once completed then give them test for the topic. Also Giving notes for each topic....

Being a teachers it's my duty to find out in what areas student is lacking. If he doesn't know the basic before advancing to higher level then I cleared their concept of basic.
After completing every concept I practised them some application through numerical. I strongly focus on numerical than theory.bcoz in my opinion if a student is good at...
